Business process management (BPM) enables flexible, model-driven process design, implementation, execution and support within and across business applications.

MW2's BPM leads to effective End-to-End Management and Monitoring
Proactively monitoring enterprise applications in real time, and identifying performance problems before users experience them. This entails the monitoring of sites from various locations, emulating the end-user experience, and assessing site performance from different client perspectives.

To achieve this goal MW2 utilize the ARIS tool to support the design, analysis, optimization and implementation the current business processes. MW2’s process architecture structure encompasses both the processes and the process steps along with dependent IT systems provide an end-to-end view of the business process along with its key IT components.

MW2 also uses HP Business Process Monitor as one of the HP Business Availability Center data collectors to map business processes to business applications (SAP, Oracle) and infrastructure components (router, etc)

Integrated application systems like SAP and Oracle offer numerous integrated predefined and standardized business processes for all imported areas of the company (e.g. sales, management, financial accounting etc.), as well as cross company business processes such as Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM). MW2 will demonstrate how these processes already available can be leveraged based on efficient frameworks and best practices approaches to increase the return on ERP investments.

For applications other than SAP or Oracle MW2 offers a large number of pre-defined process standards which can be used to effectively map business processes captured in legacy applications to the underlying IT Components to achieve the same results.

ARIS Business Architect for SAP Netweaver
ARIS for SAP NetWeaver is the tool to model and evaluate business processes and establish a link between the global business processes and the SAP Solution. After that the model will be synchronized to the SAP NetWeaver–SAP Solution Manager, where detailed specifications for the different process steps will be added.  

MW2 utilize SAP Solution Manager and ARIS for the creation of End–To End business processes architecture. MW2 expands Solution Manager Business process repository (BPR) to reflect the complete IT environment with SAP and non-SAP systems.   

ARIS and Oracle Business Process Analysis Suite
Oracle's BPM product portfolio with the BPA Suite is based on IDS Scheer's ARIS Platform. Together they deliver a comprehensive set of integrated products that allows business users to design, model, simulate, and optimize business processes to achieve maximum operational efficiency. MW2 experts help organizations to quickly model business processes and to map them to underlying IT Services for enhanced IT Performance Management.
