MW2 offers two services to chose from. The SAP Pilot helps to gain momentum quickly. MW2 offers to train organization to extend the pilot to a full enterprise wide initiative. The second offering is for organizations who look to augment their teams with our experts and want to get results done faster and with not risks of delivering the BSM initiative on time and budget.

SAP Manageability Pilot  
For the Pilot we take a single business service and create a series of management specific dashboard views that allow various levels of organization to view business performance in terms of their responsibilities. MW2 will work with your stakeholders to identify and document the key processes and IT services that support this business service. We will identify the KPIs, metrics and SLAs required to measure and manage this business service affectively.

SAP Full Manageability Implementation Services
MW2 will develop with you solutions for end-to-end performance management of your SAP environment, as well as new SAP composite-based applications built on the enterprise services architecture (ESA). With these capabilities you will be able to:

  • Measure and monitor the end-user experience of SAP solutions and composite applications (xApps) built on ESA based on both simulated and real-user behavior.
  • Auto discover ESA application services and leverage the XI 3.0 repository Apply Service Level Agreements to SAP Enterprise SOA and Business Services Prioritize ESA application alerts based on business context.
  • Monitor the business impact of changes to SAP applications and infrastructure failure.
  • Gain visibility into the performance of transactions across SAP NetWeaver and SAP R/3ยจ solution-based applications based on business impact to accelerate mean time to resolution (MTTR) for ITIL incident and problem management processes.
  • Identify dynamic relationships between SAP applications and their supporting architecture.
  • Link your SAP Landscape and ESA based services to an organizational CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to support consolidated ITIL Change Management processes.
  • Link SAP applications to Businesses Processes and Business Services Health for real time KPI and business process impact reporting and notification SAP Business and IT Performance iViews for providing performance views based on the prospective of the shareholder(CXO, Line of Business Manager, Service Level Manager, Operations).
