solution draws on the SAP Enterprise Service Oriented Architecture (ESOA). This

BSM and ITSM deployment for a technology company
The customer, one of the world largest technology company purchased
many HP software components including Service Manager, uCMDB/DDMa, BAC,
Sitescope, OM, NNMI and BPM to enable discovery, mapping and
monitoring of key application and integrate with Service Manager for
improved incident and change management processes. The customer turned
to MW2 to deploy and integrate key components. Within 6 weeks the MW2
deployed the overall solution to the customer satisfaction.
BSM for a global leader in measurement and information
The customer was looking to improve its ability to proactively manage
key business transactions and perform root cause analysis. The focus
was on critical overnight business processes and minimizing SLA
breaches. The processes were sequential hence execution delays resulted
in further delay in downstream transactions leading to SLA breaches.
MW2 worked with the customer to design the overall monitoring
architecture and implement a solution that met the customer’s
requirements.
BSM and ITSM deployment for a major US bank
The customer, one of the US largest bank invested in HP uCMDB/DDMa
& SM and was looking for an experienced HP partner to implement the
acquired HP software, train its operation team, share best practices
and identify areas where additional HP Software components could add
value to support the overall incident and change management process.
The MW2 worked with the customer and completed the project within 8
weeks.
ITSM and BSM assessment and Roadmap for a major medical center
The customer owned many HP Software products including Service Manager,
HP Asset Manager, uCMDB, DDMa, DDMi, the uCMDB and was looking for
an experienced HP Partner to evaluate their current use of these
products and determine what would be needed to successfully integrate
and implement all components based on their business needs. MW2 worked
with the customer to perform and overall ITSM and BSM assessment and
within 4 weeks, provided a blueprint and an implementation roadmap to
the customer.
