Uwe Weinkauf - CEO
Uwe Weinkauf has been a leader in the IT consulting industry for over 15 years. He has worked as a consultant in Europe and in the US for many companies such as Siemens, BMW, HP, Motorola, Deutsche Telecom, Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining MW2 Consulting in 2001 he worked for companies such as KPMG Germany, KPMG US and Hewlett Packard. He has worked with a wide variety of US and European companies and has effectively guided companies to develop IT strategies and successfully implemented them. Uwe has a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Germany, as well as a B.S. in Computer Science from the UK.

It has been Uwe's mission to 'demystify' the role of systems integration and to offer clients a simple but solid roadmap on how to achieve better alignment between business and IT and ultimately reduce IT cost effectively without interruption of enterprise execution. Uwe is very committed to help clients achieve higher Returns on their IT investment as they are shifting from traditional Systems Integration approaches to more modern techniques and philosophies, such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Service Management (BSM), and Business Process Monitoring (BPM).

Dean Rucinski - VP of Delivery, West
Dean Rucinski brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry designing and developing solutions for the financial, biomedical, automotive, government, security and telecommunications industries. Dean’s experience spans across multiple technology segments with an emphasis of aligning IT with business needs, helping companies such as Honeywell, Ford Motor Company, Nelcor, Bank of America, Citigroup, Department of Energy, NAVY, ATT and Allied Signal. He has successfully started a financial communication company and a consulting service firm specializing in business intelligence and datawarehousing.

Prior to joining MW2 Consulting, Dean was the Vice President of Engineering for Netforensics where he designed enterprise security information management systems. Dean holds degrees in Computer Science, B.S. and a PhD in Electronic Engineering.

Gaston Mbonglou, PhD - VP of Delivery, East
Gaston Mbonglou has over 10 years experience in the technology industry helping clients in government and industry to define business strategies, streamline operations and deploy IS-systems and solutions across multiple industry segments. Gaston's global experience includes Asia, Africa, Europe, and the US where he has served as advisor to large corporation like ABB, Berlin's Government, Coca-Cola, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Merck, Siemens, Volkswagen, Verizon, US Department of Healthcare, University of Maryland University.

Prior to joining MW2 Consulting, Gaston was a Sr. Manager with BearingPoint Inc. focusing on management improvement, information systems, cost-benefit analysis, organizational analysis, and development of organizational policies and procedures. Gaston has a PhD in Computer Science. He taught at the University of Technology, Dresden as assistant professor and currently teaches as associate professor at a large global US Online university.

Eric Robertson - Chief Enterprise Architect
Eric is the co-author of MW2's patent pending Enterprise SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) Blueprint. This blueprint is an industry recognized, best-of-breed SOA reference model for delivering high performance business services that align with the supporting IT services and system/software configurations. In his career, he has advised clients like Adobe, Hewlett-Packard and Hitachi on best practice ERP services implementation, architecture and strategies for aligning and extending ITIL processes to business services.

Prior to joining MW2 Consulting, Eric held positions with BMC Software and Ernst & Young where he provided ERP integration architecture and performance management strategies and solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the industries of Energy, Healthcare, High-tech and Manufacturing. Eric is a thought leader who has written numerous award winning technology papers and owns a patent in enterprise architecture design. He holds degrees in Computer Science, B.S. and a Masters in Electrical Engineer with a specialty in Software Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin.

Eric's latest research is in common-model-oriented configuration management databases (CMDB) that extend beyond the traditional CMDB asset profile. This new extended CMDB includes SOA integration services policies, linkage to business process relationships and IT services, and operational policies linked to the managed systems model.

Alice Harmon  Senior Manager, Operations
Alice Harmon has 25 plus years of experience in the film, retail, financial management and high tech industries.  At MW2, Alice has built the HR, Finance and Operations Group to keep pace with the growth of the company over the past six years.  She has a B.S. degree in Economics from UCLA.
 
Prior to joining MW2 Alice was Director of HR for a web based health care management company, Caresoft, Inc., through its inception to pre-IPO status.  In this role she worked closely with investors, the Board of Directors and the senior management team.
